During session one, a Guest is deeply immersed into the natural chanting of Altai plains, warmth of strong winds, coolness of rains, and sun’s heat. Somewhere far away they may catch the sounds of temir-komuz — jaw harp — the Altai people instrument. Having enjoyed traditional steam treatment called Parenie in the banya, the Guest rests in a herbal room on a freshly prepared hay bed enjoying the Altai nature singing”.

Minty-anise steam enriched by cade and juniper accompanied by Altai themes. Sprinkling treatment with the birch-bunches-enhanced water drops and face washing with cool mint-grapefruit brew.

Main Treatment — Nomadic Steam

Fir treatment with steam heating. Leg Parenie with oak bunches. Cold sheet wrapping and head cooling with minty water. Active warm-up and heat application with hot steam combined with oak bunches. Contrast cold exposure in a fir icy plunge pool.

Juniper brooms massaging and final hot steam heating with oak bunches.
